Two of Belfast's finest take up the reigns this Saturday at Spectrum
Connor and Chris have been at the forefront of the Irish dance music scene for the last 15 years.
Conor’s unique style of spine tingling American House Grooves has earned him several residencies at clubs such as Hi! Magazine Parties in Marbella, The Potthouse and Belfast’s legendary Milk54 night where he comfortably held his sown alongside such guests as Rodger Sanchez, Eric Morrilo, Harry ‘Choo Choo’ Romero, Danny Rampling and Norman Jay etc
After more than a decade behind the decks Conor moved into production, 2004 saw his debut release “Nu York EP” on Wally Lopez’s La Factoria label, championed by Pete Tong and Fergie on BBC Radio One, the track was then promptly licensed to Pacha Ibiza summer Compilation.
More recently he is creating a buzz within the industry with his new record label “High Roller Recordings” indeed the first release by Conor himself entitled “Cocaine” shot to number 2 in the DJ Download chart.
Chris Cargo has been around the block (more than once) with regular tours for the likes of Smirnoff, Tennents, Kent Tobacco, China Loop and Renaissance Chris has djed from America to Kuala Lumpur , Kazakhstan to Mexico, Siberia, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Vilnius, Shanghai, London, Stockholm, Oslo, Moscow ,Hamburg, Athens in fact it would be easier to say were he hasn't been with at total of over 50 countries stamped on his passport.
It was Chris's productions that launched the far flung djing career and to date he has over 80 releases and one solo album plus countless remixes for the likes of Tom Novy, Rozalla, Renaissance and Whelan & Di Scala.
Now firmly based back home Chris is the enjoying his Spectrum residency each Saturday at Club Mono.
